Sam Pupic (Head Coach)
PMA Head coach Sam Pupic is 4th Degree Black Belt, with over 15 years martial arts experience, in Kickboxing & Taekwon-Do. Sam teaches all the Adult and junior lessons.
Sam has trained World, European & multiple national champions, himself winning multiple national titles in his own competitive career.
He is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu & Black Belt in Escrima
Over the years Sam trained and taught around the world including America,Ireland & Portugal
Sam Chand (Assistant coach)
Sam is a 2nd Degree BlackBelt and assistant coach.
Sam is assistant coach at PMA and also runs his own kickboxing classes in underwood.
Sam is a talented martial artist and has won multiple titles in his career so far.
World Champion Taekwon-Do, World Bronze medalist Taekwon-Do, along with multiple national titles.

Owen Phillips-Jones (Assistant coach)
Owen is a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and assistant junior coach.
Owen is assistant coach in the junior BJJ classes.
Owen is a talented martial artist and has won multiple titles in his career so far including becoming British champion.
Owen has also fought on big pro grappling events such as Polaris and Grapplefest.
Owen has also traveled and trained in America bringing back a wealth of knowledge and skills.
Kian Luton (Assistant coach)
Kian is a 1st Degree Black Belt Assistant coach
Kian is assistant coach at Usk Taekwon-Do.
He is a talented martial artist and has won multiple titles in his career so far.
